Acceptance of Terms. By using https://theirishplumbershrewsbury.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Service Description. This Site describes Plumber, Residential Plumbing, Commercial Plumbing, Emergency Plumbing, Plumbing Installation, Water Heater Installation, Water Heater Replacement, Well Pump Installation provided by The Irish Plumber. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Ownership. The Irish Plumber (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Account Closure. The Irish Plumber reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

No Warranties. The Irish Plumber disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Damages. The Irish Plumber is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify The Irish Plumber against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under PA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in PA for any related dispute.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
